Team RFC @ iRacing Driver Development Program

PROGRAM CANCELLED DUE TO LACK OF INTEREST

Team RFC @ iRacing has created a new program to help participants that are new to iRacing to move from Rookie to the Class B License level. The program is FREE.

The Team will officially Invite a maximum of ten (10) Rookie applicants each Season.  Each DDP Participant will be assigned to a Team RFC Mentor, who along with other Team RFC Members will provide coaching assistance to accelerate the learning curve and hopefully make the experience of "moving up the ladder" more enjoyable.

Once reaching the D License level, the DDP Participant will compete in the Cadillac Cup Series running the CTS-V in Road Racing for a complete full season.  In addition, the DDP Participant will compete in the NASCAR National Series running the Chevy Impala on Ovals for a complete full season.

Upon satisfactory demonstration of competence, and qualifying for a C License, the DDP Participant will compete in the Star Mazda Series for a complete full season in Road Racing.  (Team RFC @ iRacing Members will provide competitive setups for the Star Mazda to the DDP Participants.) Also, the DDP Participant will complete a full season of IndyCar Fixed on Ovals.

Upon earning the B License, the DDP Participant “graduates” and is free to compete in any Series of their choice. Team RFC is active in IndyCar Open (Winter Series) and Star Mazda and intends to compete in B and A License classes as Team Members show interest.  The Team works to build competitive setups for Team Members.

In addition to the normal rules for Team RFC @ iRacing Membership, Driver Development Program  Participants will be required to display the Team RFC @ iRacing, “Racing for Jesus” sponsor logo on their cars at all times.

Interested drivers should apply to Donald Strout by PM, with an explanation of why they should be considered for an Invitation to the Team RFC @ iRacing Driver Development Program.  Invitations will be decided by a committee of several Team RFC 2 iRacing Members.
